FastStaq comes with the legal pages a SaaS needs (terms, privacy, refund/return, license, and more) plus a cookie consent banner. This guide shows how to make them yours.
Legal pages live under /legal/, for example:
FastStaq ships a generator so the pages reflect your company name, contact, and jurisdiction consistently:
pnpm generate:legal
Provide your company details to the generator (or edit its inputs), then review the output. Regenerating keeps every page in sync rather than editing each by hand.
Make sure your marketing and legal copy agree. For example, FastStaq states all sales are final consistently across the refund policy, FAQ, and pricing, so a buyer never sees a contradiction. If you change a policy, update it everywhere. See Refunds policy.
The consent banner lets visitors accept or manage cookies. Configure the categories and copy to match how your deployment actually uses cookies and analytics.
If you publish a subprocessors list (recommended for B2B), keep it accurate as you add or remove third-party services (payment processor, email provider, storage, analytics).
