License Agreement

Overview

This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the FastStaq source code and associated materials ("Software"). By purchasing and accessing the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement and payment of the applicable license fee, FastStaq grants you a:

• Non-exclusive license (we may license to others)
• Non-transferable license (you cannot transfer to others)
• Non-sublicensable license (you cannot sublicense to others)
• Perpetual license (no expiration, subject to compliance)
• Worldwide license (valid in all jurisdictions)

FastStaq is currently sold as one lifetime package with full source access, subject to the restrictions below.

Included Package

The lifetime package includes the full FastStaq source code and the product surfaces advertised on the pricing page:

Permitted Uses

With your license, you MAY:

• Use the Software to create unlimited applications for yourself or clients
• Modify the source code to suit your project needs
• Deploy applications built with FastStaq commercially
• Use the Software for personal, educational, or commercial purposes
• Create end products (applications) for sale to end users

Restrictions

With your license, you MAY NOT:

• Redistribute the Software or any portion of it to third parties
• Resell the Software as a standalone product or boilerplate
• Sublicense the Software to others
• Create derivative boilerplates or starter kits for sale
• Share repository access with anyone not covered by your license
• Claim ownership of the original FastStaq code
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or license headers
• Use FastStaq branding to market your products as FastStaq
• Publicly share the source code (e.g., on GitHub, forums)

Delivery and Access

The Software is delivered via private GitHub repository access:

• Access is granted within 24 hours of purchase confirmation
• You must provide a valid GitHub username
• Repository access is tied to one GitHub account
• You may clone the repository for your own use
• Updates are provided through the same repository

Updates and Support

The lifetime package includes updates through the same private repository for as long as FastStaq continues to maintain the product. Support is available through our public support channels, but no specific response time is guaranteed unless separately agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property

FastStaq retains all ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software. Your license grants you the right to use the Software, not ownership of it.

• The FastStaq name, logo, and branding remain our property
• Applications you build using FastStaq are your property
• Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation

Termination

This license is perpetual unless terminated:

• By you: You may stop using the Software at any time
• By us: We may terminate if you breach this Agreement
• Effect: Upon termination for breach, your license ends and you must destroy all copies of the Software

Applications already deployed prior to termination may continue to operate.

Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL FASTSTAQ BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR YOUR LICENSE.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of the Software and immediate access upon purchase, refunds cannot be provided. Please review our Refund Policy for more details.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and FastStaq regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings. Any modifications must be in writing.
