All sales are final. Because you receive the full source code the moment you buy, FastStaq purchases are non-refundable.

Why purchases are final

FastStaq is delivered as complete, downloadable source. Once your account unlocks repository access, the product has effectively been handed over in full. That is why we cannot offer refunds after purchase.

How to evaluate FastStaq before you buy

We want you to be confident before you pay. Before buying:

• Watch the demo and explore this site, which is itself built on FastStaq.
• Read the knowledge base. Everything from setup to deployment is documented here.
• Review the features on the features page to confirm the modules you need are included.
• Ask us anything. Pre-purchase questions are welcome; open a ticket and we will answer.

After you buy

If you hit a problem after purchasing, we will help you fix it. Support is part of what you get; reach us through the support desk and we will work through setup or configuration issues with you.
