Get repository access on GitHub

FastStaq ships as a private GitHub repository. After purchase you are invited as a collaborator so you can clone the code and pull future updates. Here is how to claim access.

Step 1: Open your purchase page

Sign in and go to /dashboard/purchase. You will see a GitHub repository access card.

Step 2: Enter your GitHub username

In the access card, enter your GitHub username (not your email address) and select Get access. Our backend verifies your purchase and sends you a collaborator invitation to the private repository.

Tip: your username is the handle in your profile URL, for example github.com/your-username.

Step 3: Accept the invitation

GitHub sends the invite to your account. Accept it from either:

• Your GitHub notifications or email, or
• The repository invitation link GitHub provides.

Step 4: Confirm access

Back on the purchase page, select I've accepted, refresh status. When the status changes to Access granted, you are ready to clone.

Troubleshooting

• Entered the wrong username? Update it on the purchase page and resend the invite.
• Invite says failed? Double-check the username spelling and retry. A common cause is a typo or a username that does not exist.
• Still stuck? Some accounts are handled manually; if the form tells you to contact support, open a ticket and we will add you directly.
